Tuesday 3 February 2026 and Tuesday 10 February 2026

An introduction to coaching skills taught over two sessions. We begin by identifying what you would like to be different by the end of the workshop. There will be a coaching skills demonstration from which we will identify useful skills which can be applied to the 121 conversations which you have in your context.

Session two is a practice-oriented session, putting learning into action.

Who is it for: Compulsory for year 2 curates. Clergy and lay readers are also welcome.

Course Hosts: The Revd Paula Smith - an Anglican Priest, coach, trainer, spiritual director and supervisor, draws on experience as a Parish Priest and Diocesan Ministry Development Enabler in the Lichfield Diocese. She is currently living, working and cultivating a garden in Yorkshire.
