Wednesday 6 - Thursday 7 May 2026, 10am - 12noon
Churches, schools, chaplaincies, fresh expressions, the cathedral and plenty more across the diocese met together in a day of prayer as per the schedule below. (This time lasting 26 hours rather than 24 so that we can fit in more prayer!). Many of the sessions had an in-person element, either with the Prayer Day coordinator Richard Barrett at St George's Shrewsbury, in certain other places as indicated below, or concluding with a prayer walk around several churches of Shrewsbury.
The next Diocesan Day of Prayer should take place Wednesday - Thursday 21st - 22nd October 2026; please pop it in your diary now.
