- there will be open consultations in each archdeaconry. Anyone can attend any of these as is convenient. Details of venues to be confirmed.

There will also be consultations for specific interest groups by invitation only - these groups will be women clergy, clergy with PtO, ordinands and curates, extended episcopal oversight clergy / leaders, DBF and cathedral staff and rural deans / lay chairs.

The format of all of the meetings, whether online or in person, will be the same:
- Welcome
- Prayer
- Explanation of the meeting and how to give feedback:
- Small group discussion, one question at a time
- One person collates comments on behalf of small group
- Comments fed back:
- If an in person meeting – the note taker on the table completes the online form with a special code or fills in a paper form (experiment with this); or
- If an online meeting, note taker types comments into the chat function.
