This session supports Churchwardens as they navigate their responsibilities for their Churches. This session will include the following:

• Project Planning – what’s the need and how do you know it exists
• Is your solution the right solution – gathering evidence
• Ecclesiastical Permissions – when do they become necessary, and how do they fit into the big picture
• What's the cost and is it achievable – grant funding and other ways to generate income
• The Cornerstone Resource
• Who can help, and where do we find them?

Who is it for: This session will be particularly useful for Churchwardens, but anyone in the Diocese of Lichfield with an interest in the area is welcome to attend.
