Tuesday 6 and Tuesday 20 October 2026 (Day time)

An introduction to coaching skills taught over two sessions. We begin by identifying what you would like to be different by the end of the workshop. There will be a coaching skills demonstration from which we will identify useful skills which can be applied to the one to one conversations which you have in your context

Session two is a practice - oriented session, putting learning into action.

The course is hosted by Revd Paula Smith - an Anglican Priest, coach, trainer, spiritual director and supervisor, who draws on experience as a Parish Priest and Diocesan Ministry Development Enabler in the Lichfield Diocese.
