Working in churches often involves tricky conversations. Our focus for this session is how can we have good conversations that are honest and effective. This will be a blend of theory, ideas, tools and theology to help us improve our ability to collaborate well.

Who is it for: Clergy, Readers, Church Officers and anyone else with a position of responsibility/leadership in a Church of England Church in the Diocese of Lichfield.
