This workshop offers the opportunity to increase self-awareness, learn new information and get up to speed with the latest research on Equality Diversity Inclusion and how this may be impacted by unconscious bias.

This is an interactive workshop which is led with honest open discussion and sharing experiences.

Who is it for: Year 2 Curates, Clergy, Readers, Lay Ministers, Wardens, Diocesan Staff and anyone with an active role in their Church of England Parish.
