We are an evangelical parish of three distinct churches. The team vicar will be responsible for two churches St Peter’s and St Martin’s in the Delph.
We seek and pray for a friendly, approachable, Spirit-filled vicar with a strong community passion and an orthodox interpretation of scripture.
You should be able to lead, and teach by:
- Deepening our faith through biblical teaching.
- Developing the skills and ministries of all members of the church family.
- Encouraging prayer and sharing the Gospel more effectively and widely.
- Finding new ways, which are creative and vibrant, to connect with our local community.

- Part-time administrator and a Community Centre manager.
- Ordained (retired) Ministers and lay teams.
- Dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers.
- Supportive congregation which is eager to participate.
All applicants should normally have 3 years’ experience in the Church of England or another Anglican church in the British Isles.
